Sambuca is a sweet liqueur at 40 degrees, whose essential base is made with water, sugar and essential oils of the star anise variety and subsequently elaborated through the use of various natural herbs in variable numbers, which act as flavoring agents of the liqueur itself , excellent in coffee, desserts, and as a liqueur to drink with friends.
Our homemade sambuca can be enjoyed in many ways: served neat as a digestive liqueur, used to prepare cocktails such as the famous "corrected coffee", or even used to give a special touch to sweets and desserts.
